Absolute! Lack of client care!

Absolute lack of client care and after sale service.I had been a free user of their anti-virus for many years, about a year ago I upgrade to premium on a special. A year later (now), I wanted to update my payment method, change it to a different card/account. I see that I am unable to do so independently. The option is there! Yet it is greyed out.I contact support...NO ANSWER. I send a follow up email....I then get a reply but WHAT A JOKE.....They reply telling me my account & premium license has been cancelled, without my CONSENT nor INFORMING me. They tell me to re-purchase their product and use a different card.ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! BULL! This is totally unacceptable, how could they even dignify this as a support response. Its plain as day they are telling me to take my money and shove it.I then urgently try to communicate with them...NO response. Few days later I send another request to delete my account because I am NEVER using their product again NOR recommending it to anyone.The irony here is, the same chap who cancelled my premium license....replied to my 2nd support query. Not a why or how, zero second glance, I just get a reply "your account has been deleted".
