Warning

Warning. This company mislead me every step of the way, from beginning to end. When I initially spoke to a representative,I was told that I needed to pay a required $500.00 before they could give me any details. After paying the amount requested I was asked to send them any references that I had. I sent what documents I had and was told that they were not sufficient. I then said to the representative that if my documents were not sufficient, and you weren't able to get me a wikipedia page, then I wish you had explained that to me before I paid for your services. I was immediately told that they could still get the page. Long story short, I was shuffled to three different representatives before finally being told to check back in four months because it takes that amount of time for the page to get approved. This was in June of 2024. I checked back in December of that same year only to be told that the previous representatives were no longer handling my page. I was given a forth representative who explained to me that I needed to purchase eight references and that these references would guarantee me a wiki page. They further stated that it would not take another four months, even stating that it should be done before Christmas. I paid an additional $1,100.00 for articles that were supposed to guarantee to me the page. Another few months went by and I received an email congratulating me on my wikipedia page. I used the link in the email only to find that the page had been removed to a draft stage, and not available. After informing the rep about the status of the page, I was told the fact that my page was made live, and their obligation to me was completed. I then contacted a supervisor/ owner of said company, who informed me that technically and legally the rep was right. even though the page did not stay live more than a few hours. His exact words to me is that I was misled, and that the representative who misled me had also misled seven other clients, further stated that, that particular rep was fired. He went on to say that if I purchased two additional references for $1,500.00 he could get the page back live again. I explained to him that, if I had known about this process and their requirements in the beginning, I never would have spent one dime on their service. I refused to pay more and was told that I could not get a refund on the $1,600.00 that I had already paid. I then said that if 360 wikiwriters would pay for the additional references and the page stayed live, I would then reimburse them the $1,500.00. Of course they refused afterall, why would they trust me. Basically, this company admitted to me that I was misled by their own representatives, but refused to be responsible for their deceptive actions and make me whole again. I have text messages and documents to back-up my review. They also record the calls so they too can further validate my review. They use the word misled, but to me, who has spent $1,600.00 for references that I neither want nor need, in my opinion this was a scam. I will not stop with just writing this review. I hope others will be warned about the malpractices of this company.
