I was hesitant because I wasn't sure what the final outcome would look like considering I was using a picture with a busy background and one of the people had sunglasses on in the picture. 3D Laser Gifts removed the background, lightened the glasses so the subjects' eyes were visible and sent me an email to view and approve the etching prior to the creation of the product. I was amazed at the end product and the person we gifted this to said they would cherish it forever. Such a nice gift!
