I had purchased a creality Ender 3 s1 pro and afterwards I had looked up this company, the first thing that comes up is a Reddit post about how shady it is, but I had a great experience with them. One critique is that there should be more clarification on when orders are shipped to avoid any confusion on customers end, I had reached out to the support line through email and within a couple min I was greeted by Andy, they updated me on the status of my order, and gave me a shipping number.
