DO NOT use this service. They are only helpful until they get all your money and then you will never hear from them again. You will not be given a refund either because the moment you access the portal you forfeit your right to a refund and even then its only available for 30 days. I have been waiting 9 months to get my packets filed and have sent several emails with no response. There is no longer a customer support number because they deactivated it. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau due to their inability to communicate with their customers and live up to what they advertised.
