Yes, fairly simple, but also the biggest scam I’ve ever come across. It’s more expensive to have them autogenerate a few blanks for you than just to go on the court website and pay a less amount - an amount you still have to pay anyways to file - and the court provides you everything you need for free with east and straight forward instructions. Please don’t waste your money like I did.
