The product ( all the paperwork), pretty simple; always got a person when I called for help; purchasing was easy. IF my divorce goes through the way the company guarantees, it will have been an excellent value. What WASN'T as easy was navigating the sections and returning to a page here and there. I mostly worked in a linear fashion, but frequently, even though it looked as though I could pick up where I left off, i literally had to scroll through every answer to get get back to where I was. Deal-breaker? No, just a little bit of a clumsy process. There was also a question you were directed to opt out of in a certain way, but the screen wouldn't take that answer. When I called, the young man ( very nice) said it was a program mistake and I HAD to answer it even though I was given a choice not to. Again, time-consuming and clumsy in the moment. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely.
