Despite filing and completing the necessary paperwork back in August, my court documents were inexplicably sent to the wrong county, causing significant delays.To make matters worse, even after my county received the documentation, it was discovered that crucial pieces were missing – pieces that the company was supposed to handle. Again, I opted for the court filing service to avoid any courtroom hassles, but it seems like all my efforts were in vain.I've tried reaching out to their customer service through multiple calls and emails, but to no avail. Promised call-backs never happened, and all my emails have been blatantly ignored. This has turned what was supposed to be an easy and straightforward process into an ongoing headache.Save yourself the trouble and frustration; look elsewhere for a service that values your time and actually delivers on its promises.
