I wish I could give them a 0 star. I tried to pay the second payment and they never took it out. I kept calling and emailing but they never could help me just make the payment. I never even used the paperwork because my ex filed it. Oh, and on top of it, the paperwork is free! I didn’t even need to buy any paperwork or use this company. Well, now I’m pregnant and recently in a position where I unexpectedly have nothing again so I can’t pay it. They had their chance many times to take the money. I just wish I could go back in time and never get this useless service.
