On February 21 and 23, 2024, I received messages from Faraz on Indeed stating, "I reviewed your application and would like to discuss the next steps" and "Thank you for sharing your resume, we’ve reviewed your application and we’re excited to invite you to an interview. Please book it on the following link at the time of your convenience: [Calendly link]. Your interview will be conducted over a video conference and will last roughly 30 minutes." I scheduled the interview for March 14, 2024, at 9:30 PM.Minutes before my scheduled interview, on March 14, 2024, at 9:30 PM, I received an email stating that my interview was canceled without providing a valid reason. I had been waiting for this interview for almost 20 days, and receiving an email of cancellation on the day of the interview, without any explanation, is highly unprofessional and unethical.I have serious concerns about the company's professionalism and its commitment to respecting candidates' time. I advise everyone to thoroughly check the details before applying to this company.
