I signed up for 411 Locals after being told the first month would only cost $50. I wasn’t happy with the service and requested a cancellation within that first month. Despite that, they kept charging me.I told them multiple times—over the phone and by email—that I wanted to cancel. Not only did they ignore my requests, but they started calling me every day, saying I owed more and more money. The amount they claim I owe has gone from $50 to $350, and now they’re saying it’s over $700. I never agreed to that.I was told $50 was a locked-in rate, but once they had my payment, they suddenly said it would be $300 per month. That’s shady and misleading.I didn’t sign a contract, yet they somehow kept accessing my bank account and charging me, even after I canceled my account multiple times. This feels completely predatory and unethical.Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve never had a worse experience with any service provider.
