I recently traveled with my Xolair in the Voyager and had no issues keeping it at the right temperature for around 48 hours before use. I was relieved to not rely on a hotel refrigerator, which is not always able to maintain a consistent temp. I would definitely recommend 4ALLFAMILY to anyone who needs to travel and store their meds at fridge temperature.
