My active crowdfunding page raised 100 EUR, but 4fund completely locked my payout function. I received ZERO emails, ZERO notifications, and ZERO explanations from their team.
My page is still public, everything looks normal, but I cannot withdraw my own money. If you need standard KYC documents, you ask for them—you don't just silently freeze a user's payout without communication. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Resolve this immediately.
