After a sum of 1000 EUR was raised, our access to withdrawals was blocked. We contacted support, and received an automatic message in which they said we will be contacted in a few days due to the high amount of messages they received.EDIT: After 2 days they replied to our emails and unblocked our withdrawals, thus solving our problem. However, I still think that they can be more transparent with the users and provide better ways of contacting them. I recommend also contacting them on Facebook, they reply faster there.
