We did a fundraiser for some much needed money, people were generous. The company scared us, because for a few days it was not possible to collect the money, and no one answered our questions. After we wrote a negative review we have received a response. And the money arrived. Making users feel abandoned is not a good tactic. Other than that it's a good service.
