Our experience with this fundraising page has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It has now been two months since our challenge was completed, yet the funds raised have still not been released. We have sent multiple emails seeking an update or any form of communication, but we have received no reply at all.Fundraising relies on transparency and trust, and unfortunately this platform has failed to meet even the basic expectations of responsiveness and accountability. Supporters donated in good faith, and we expected a smooth and timely transfer of the funds to the intended cause. Instead, we’ve been left waiting with no explanation.Until communication improves and the funds are released, I cannot recommend this fundraising page to others. Accountability and timely support should be a priority—especially when handling money meant for charity.
