A major warning to EVERYONE who wants to use this platform!We started a fundraising campaign because a friend passed away and we need to pay for his funeral and support his wife and child. Unfortunately, the payout of over €13,000 has been blocked for two weeks. Although we submitted the death certificate, invoice, and all necessary documentation via email, we have been ignored for two weeks and are receiving no response from the platform! This is causing us enormous problems, and we cannot pay for the funeral. I advise everyone against trusting this platform. We will soon be taking this case to the media and making it public so that everyone is aware of it. We will also be taking legal action through a lawyer. We advise everyone against using 4fund!! We will announce any changes.UPDATE:4fund has now confirmed that documents must be uploaded through the internal verification system. However, there is NO upload section or verification area visible in my account or fundraiser. All documents were already submitted via email. Still no payout.They do not even make the effort to contact me or provide assistance instead, they simply ignore me.UPDATE:I now did upload all documents they asked for , in the right form they asked for. I will now see if something change and Update any knew details!
