This has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a company. The communication has been poor, and the information from emails and online chat has been misleading. I reached out before placing my order due to concerns about delivery but decided to proceed anyway, being told it would arrive before Christmas. A week before Christmas, I confirmed this and was assured it would still arrive. An hour later, I received an email stating it would be delayed by 10 working days, while the online chat claimed this was incorrect. I received conflicting emails about the status of my order, which made the whole process incredibly frustrating.
