I was not confused as I realised that you would take the £150 and then the 30% excess off of the claim but I was told you weren`t going to pay for the calming tablets I bought for Nico for the firework period, of course you weren`t and I told you that I paid for them separately, so they definitely weren`t claimed for, the vet doesn`t understand the problem with the claim and why the amount we paid for Nicos` biopsy and for the operation don`t match the amounts you quote, maybe you don`t pay for the painkillers he was given on discharge ?? but there was a difference of at least £30, which might not be much to you but it is to your customers especially as our first renewal went up considerably. This is the first time we have ever claimed, in fact on any insurance and I think we would have been better off opening a savings account for unforeseen incidents like this.
