I deposited ₹10,000 via UPI on 9 February 2026 to 4rabet, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.
The payment was successful from my bank side (UTR: 76248871259). I raised Ticket No. SUP-1103961 and provided all proof including screenshots. It has now been 12+ days, and the issue remains unresolved.
This is extremely concerning. A platform handling customer funds must ensure proper tracking and fast resolution of deposit issues. Keeping customer money without credit or refund damages trust.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the issue further through my bank dispute process and appropriate authorities.
I strongly advise others to be cautious until my ₹10,000 is either credited or refunded.
