My experience so far has been mixed, but mostly positive. My bike was involved in an incident, and needed repairing. After, what I would consider a delayed response in collecting my bike for repair, and delivering a replacement bike, it's been relatively smooth sailing. The replacement bike was a wonderful Honda NC750, completely different to my Triumoh Street Twin, it was fantastic, the perfect computer bike. On the return of my bike after repairs had been done, there was a slight incident, which has been hastily resolved, and my bike was returned today. I must say, my bike is better than new!Obviously it's had some work done, but the scratches have been buffed out of the tank, the springs polished, everything looks fantastic. I was kept up to date throughout, in regards to the status of the repairs, and was communicated with as much as I needed to be. 4th D were available to answer questions when I had them either by email or over the phone.A slightly bumpy road, but the end result is phenomenal. We'll done and thank you.
