4th Dimension were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date with a weekly email but if I needed to phone for an update the office staff were very friendly indeed. The drivers who picked up and dropped off my bike were a good laugh and on time, phoning before they arrived. The actual workmanship and repair on my bike was superb, just like showroom condition.I would definitely recommend 4th Dimension and would want them to do any work in the future, if I ever needed it. Very pleased with everything and the way and timescale that it was all carried out. Great company.
