Someone tried to steal my scooter at the train station and managed to hack away at various parts and totally immobilise it before giving up. The police were not interested at all and there was no CCTV in the official motorbike area!4th Dimension were the polar opposite. Nothing was complicated for me, the scooter was picked up, repaired and reappeared running beautifully without any fuss or extra work for me.. As well as that they kept me fully informed by phone and text on what they'd found, what needed doing, how long it would take etc then delivered it to my front door at a time convenient to me. And it's running as good as new and makes me smile every time I get on it.
