I bought a jumper in late November as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to the material, and just tried to return only to be disappointed to find from customer service that there was no flexibility on returns beyond the standard 14-day window - even for unworn gift items with tags still attached.I understand this may be within their policy, but for an online fashion brand selling gifts over the Christmas period, I expected a bit more goodwill or at least the option of store credit.Worth bearing in mind if you’re buying presents and I wouldn’t purchase from here again for gifts.
