If I could give no stars I would. I have always loved 4th & Reckless clothes but sadly I will not ever purchase from them again. 2 orders I placed and both were missing via Evri, I ordered a replacement suit order placed and was advised by Charlotte that as I requested it would be sent via another courier low and behold sent with Evri again. So I have 2 lost parcels and they send a replacement order to be subject to same fiasco. So this year I have purchased so much stuff and I will never ever buy again. 1 lost item turned up box absolute disgraceful ( should have rejected but I didn’t ) and the replacement to the other lost parcel. I have emailed I’m on the 6th email mid and still not been refunded for the lost item. Absolute shocking customer service never ever will I buy anything from them again !!!!!!
