Terrible experience, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their product did not work for me as advertised for Samsung S20, when I reached out for help, they only offered me a $1 refund and another software I didn’t want. I clearly asked for a full refund multiple times, but they kept trying to push alternative solutions instead of honoring their refund policy which is “Money Back Gurantee,” a lie.
