I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their product did not work for me as advertised, and when I reached out for help, they only offered me a $5 refund and another software I didn’t want. I clearly asked for a full refund multiple times, but they kept trying to push alternative solutions instead of honoring their refund policy which is “Money Back Gurantee,” a lie.The customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, and I had to warn them that I would dispute the charge with my bank before they even considered my request seriously. I do not recommend this company — save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
