I ordered a Catio through 4wire on Amazon. They called me soon after I placed the order but claimed to work for Amazon (the number that called said 4wire) and preceded to tell me I had to pay a delivery charge. That was no problem, the problem was that they wanted me to pay privately and not through Amazon. This way I would have no way of getting my money back had I had any complaints. The person on the phone was rude, sharp and completely unprofessional. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was then hung up on. I really wouldn't trust this company and would never recommend them.
