Unacceptable Service and Misleading AdviceOn a Wednesday, I visited your office in person to ask for advice. A member of your staff, using my vehicle registration number, showed me on your website a specific wheel and tyre option and advised me that this was what I should order. I took a photo to ensure I would not make a mistake, then went home and placed the order through your website exactly as recommended by your staff member and shown in the photo.The following day, Thursday, I received the order confirmation email along with the exact date and time when I was expected to attend. On Friday, nothing happened during the day, and then around 6:30 p.m. I received an email stating that the wheels and tyres I had ordered were not suitable and that I could either be told what was correct for my vehicle or receive a refund.I replied to that email immediately, but I received no response either that evening or the following day. As a result, I sent another email requesting a full refund of the order amount.I find it unacceptable that after personally visiting your office for advice, the guidance I received was completely misleading. It is also unacceptable that I received an email on Saturday evening, replied to it, and then received no further response. Taken together, this is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time.I therefore have to state that your service is well below an acceptable standard.
