I've faced ongoing problems with this service since September 2025. I frequently encountered withdrawal issues and had to follow up repeatedly to access my own funds. Now, I'm struggling with a new problem related to an internal transfer. Despite the service being able to verify the transfer on their end, they claimed there was no record of it. I provided a screenshot on 28th October, and they replied saying, "Dear Client, Thank you for reaching out. We’ve reviewed your account, and there’s no record of any internal fund transfer from your main account to the other two accounts. Please try initiating the transfer again and ensure you receive the confirmation message once it’s processed. If the issue persists, share a screenshot of the transaction attempt so our team can assist you further. Best regards, Support Team" — However, today is 4th Dec 2025. It has now been another 1.5 months, and my funds are still missing. They haven't responded since. This situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Whether due to poor technical systems, mismanagement, or something more serious, this behavior is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. My screenshots tell the story.
