Customer service at 50 crowns is absolutely terrible. Firstly, they self excluded my account without my permission. Secondly since my account is closed I have asked for two simple things. 1.) to fully verify my account so that when my open bets settle I can close the withdrawal 2.) Give me a listing of my open bets so I can monitor my bets as they close. 40 emails later with their VIP agent Amy, they still haven't done either of these. I have never experienced incompetence to this degree before.
