The company has not confirmed receipt of my email request and has continued to send me further details, congratulations and instructions of direct debit payment and commencement date. How long does it take a human to respond effectively to a cancellation request within your cooling off period quoted? I feel ignored everything is obviously automated and certainly not being monitored. It's waisted my time, increased my anxieties and I feel ignored in all honesty. I have no issue with the salesman.
