If I were to compare my energy to a smartphone battery, it would look like this:
Before I started using 5AM Fuel, and even before reading the wonderful book The 5 AM Club, I used to wake up with about 40% battery. By noon, I would already be down to 5%, and I needed a fast charge — usually an hour of sleep — just to recharge.
