IMPORTANT: Read This Before Booking a Course! I enrolled in a 5-day course for August 2024 and after a 15-month wait, I was finally assigned a test date for MAY 2026. I understand the waiting times can be lengthy (around 11 months), but the company completely misled me. They claimed to have a “dedicated team” that would secure an earlier test within 10 weeks when I signed up — which was clearly a ploy to take my money.
How can they expect anyone to complete a 5-day course and then retain that knowledge for 21 months before the test? It’s absurd. They show no concern for their customers, only for collecting payments. My course reference number is - SD-Y19P7, in case you try to dismiss this review as fake! In response to the company: I left a review for my sister, who is a student and has been incredibly frustrated with the inadequate service provided. Throughout our interactions, we have remained respectful and appropriate. We have records of every phone call and copies of all communication. Nothing we've stated is inaccurate or exaggerated. We feel deceived by the company, just like many others. If you're thinking about booking a course with them, look elsewhere; they will mislead you and deceive you once they have your money. When you contact their sales team, they repeat the same misleading, scripted nonsense: “If we secure a test within 10 weeks, we consider that a good outcome.” Meanwhile, you are left waiting closer to 84 weeks. They use this tactic to draw you in, sell you a course, and then disregard you. We’ll see you in court. I advise checking the AUTHENTIC reviews on Google for the location you’re considering before making a booking.
