This is a complete farce. They promised to provide an update in a few minutes, but hours went by without any email or response. They tried to send me to another loan provider, claiming I needed to borrow an excessive amount, which was ridiculous. I've never encountered so much hassle while dealing with a service. I reported them, as the support team suggested I work with a more reputable company. The phone number they gave me to check my approval was disconnected, which is very alarming.
