I am very frustrated with my experience with this service. I placed an order on 26 October 2025 for $2,671, expecting delivery by mid-November 2025. After waiting for weeks without any updates, I received only one small box with a sheer panel and a few brackets. There was no track or control wand, making it impossible to install even the one blind that was sent. This is concerning since I ordered 11 blinds, and there has been no information regarding the remaining items or their shipping status. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I have emailed and called several times but have received no response. While the courier might be at fault, the absence of replies from the support team leaves me unsure if this is their issue or a courier problem. Given the current heatwave, these blinds were necessary, not optional. The delay, partial delivery, and silence from customer support have been very stressful. With 50 days gone since my order, I only have one sheer without a means to install it. I would caution others to consider carefully before buying from this service, as it feels like a scam so far.
