I am quite dissatisfied with my experience with this service. I placed an order on 26 October 2025 for $2,671, expecting delivery in mid-November 2025. After waiting weeks without proactive updates, I received only one small box with a sheer panel and a few brackets. There was no track or control wand, making it impossible to install even the one blind that was sent. This is alarming since I ordered 11 blinds, yet there has been no information about the remaining items or their shipping status. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I have emailed and called multiple times and received no response at all. The issue might be with the courier, but since the support team has not replied to my inquiries, I can't determine whether this is a courier problem or a failure on the service's part. With a heatwave happening, these blinds were not an optional purchase — they were genuinely needed. The delay, partial delivery, and total silence from customer support have been extremely frustrating and stressful. I'm uncertain if this issue will be resolved as 50 days have passed since I placed my order and I have just one sheer with no track to install it at home. At this point, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this service. It feels like a scam so far.
