The analysts and architects engaged in the project were genuinely adding value and contributing in terms of suggestions and improvements. 3. The SOWs were clearly laid out to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts.4. Most importantly, Jonathan and his team went the extra mile with additional changes we wanted that weren't even part of the scope.
