Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to have support from my supervisors and organizations to participate in multiple leadership development and growth initiatives. While they were all very good and helped me in discovering various strengths, weaknesses, patterns of behavior, etc. - quite frankly, there were all quite 'forgettable'.
