You cannot meet these people (if in fact they are real people) and they are there to ‘encourage you’. A lot of AI and Chat Bot generated messages. And, you have to write to Austria to cancel your subscription (4 weeks notice needed) otherwise you’re in the auto-renewal cycle. I’ve just done that and sent it Recorded Delivery. I’ve also reported the site as a scam to UK Authority. Steer we’ll clear.
