Signed up as a new player and was lucky enough to win. Withdrew my winnings and uploaded documents and still not received my winnings. Contacted Customer Support numerous times and each time same response "unable to give a time frame, there is a delay due to us being very busy". For context I was lucky enough to win on another site and I received my winnings within 2 hours. This site also charges you to withdraw which no doubt is in the T&C's when signing up, however Customer Support advised this fee is random and they can charge whatever they feel!! If and when I receive my winnings (not holding my breath) I will never use this site again. Please stay away and spend your money on a different site that values customer experience. If I don't receive my winnings I will be contacting the gambling commission. UPDATE - It is now 11 days since I made the withdrawal request. I have uploaded multiple documents, emailed and contacted live chat numerous times and either received no response or no explanation why the withdrawal is taking so long. I have contacted the Gambling Commission and on their recommendation raised a formal complaint, again with no response. I am now at a loss at what to do next as 666 Casino is clearly not going to process the withdrawal. Please do not use this site, although it is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission it is obvious beyond dodgy. 666 Casino you are a disgrace. UPDATE - 12 days after making the withdrawal request, uploading numerous documents and wasting hours chasing and contacting 666 Casino they have finally paid out. I will never use this site again.
