Worst site ever. They all lie I won £150 waiting for it to be sent over. They said my bank declined the funds via Apple Pay but since speaking with my bank this was proved to be a lie my bank did not receive any request from them. I have sent over lots of documents for proof which is ridiculous how much they need I’m surprised they don’t ask for a urine sample or a dna test. They then asked for a statement to show the deposit knowing banks do not offer statements until it has been a month so I could not send over proof but I could show them the transaction of proof of the deposit. (Why I don’t know when they can clearly see it’s via Apple Pay) never had this issue with any other online casino. Always use Apple Pay to on other websites and always been sent over with in the hour. Spoke via live chat waste of time they just repeat the same thing without actual proof of anything they are saying. I have been on resolve and put a complaint in and in the middle of an email to the gambling commission as this is just not acceptable I could understand a big win but £150 honestly a joke please don’t spend your money here. If you want to constantly chase up your winnings and wait a few weeks and send every bit of information of your personal bank details then this is the site for you. Never ever will I use this site again. Such a bizarre way of handling winnings.
