Sad that I have to write this as up until the withdrawal process I have enjoyed this site. I have been waiting a week for my withdrawal and still no sign. I have gone to live chat but after waiting 10 minutes it times you out. Uploaded documents, emailed, sent a complaint, live chat again. It should not be this difficult when your deposit is taken in seconds. Sadly as I have been extremely patient my next port of call is resolver and GC as there is nowhere else to go when you do not get a response.UPDATE: There is no update! now 9 days waiting no response to my complaint to customer service, not even an acknowledgement. My withdrawal is £500 and now I can not even live chat. I will now be complaining to GC as this is not ethical and I will not let this go!UPDATE: Passport expired 08/01/25 will not accept. Explained I will not be getting another so asked for a selfie with me holding my birth certificate. I send that to receive the response because my surname is different they want a copy of my marriage certificate and the reason why my surname is different? Huh? It get's better, I am divorced. I have had to send my decree absolute as proof. I am now waiting for 666 to ask for a polygraph, DNA, blood, urine and partridge in a pear tree test. I had more dignity giving birth! UPDATE: Do not use this company! I have now been waiting over 2 weeks with nothing but non responses and timed out live chats. I have just requested their complaints policy and was refused told me to complain on live chat then was timed out! I then get an email asking for my ID. Are they for real! I have a case with resolver and now I am just in the middle of issuing a complaint via GC. Sadly my patience has run out and it's time to take this further!
