This is a scam. I made several deposits which went through fine and then when it came to withdrawing my winning which were £1150 they said I needed to send in proof of my identity. I sent them what was requested, front and back of my bank card, bank statements, energy bills, council tax bill and they said that wasn’t acceptable so I then had to send a credit card statement and payslip. Again not acceptable. Only driving licence or passport. I don’t have either as I’m disabled and have a medical condition which affects the fluid on my brain and have a medical exemption letter stating I can never drive or fly. I explained this to their customer service rep via live chat and email even copying the link to show I’m not legally allowed a passport or driving licence and they still refused to pay me my winnings. I’ve now had to report them to the Gambling Commission and open up a fraud/identity theft investigation with my bank that the deposits came out of. Disgusting company and discriminating against me for being disabled.
