So far it hs not been too bad, yes they charge a fee which is not a lot. Been playing for over a month with not winning much, but last night had a good couple of wins so have withdrawn it, still pending, sent in ID although I don't have my name on all utility bills and most are paperless or only every 6/12 months but what ive sent in seems to be accepted now (council tax was rejected) it says it can take 48 hours, although hopefully it will be within 24 hours. If things go smoothly then I will update rating but all good at the moment.
