Let me start by saying when I did my long distant move from MA to Fl, I had such a poor experience with a different company. Damaged furniture and moldy clothing, lies about fees and cost. So I was nervous to work with any movers again. A few years ago my son was moving to a new apartment and he had an adjustable bed that was just too heavy to move by ourselves so I called around. I found 727 movers and when I spoke with Jonathan I told him my previous experience with another company and was asking so many questions I’m sure he was thinking I was crazy! But he was kind, professional and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. They were communicative through the entire process. Texting date and time of appointment. The day of they let me know they were 30 mins out. The movers were efficient, friendly and professional. When they were done and I got the invoice, it was exactly as I was originally quoted! No added fees!!! So when my son and his girlfriend were moving again, I didn’t hesitate to call them! Again, spoke with Jonathan and he once again was kind and professional. This move was more difficult because it was a 1 bedroom apartment and a 10x10 storage bin in another location, 20 minutes from the apartment. He went over the pricing and explained he would hold 2 hrs to start and if more needed he would call to discuss the additional payment. Once again the movers were incredible! Fast, friendly and professional. It was all completed in 4 hours! That includes the 20 min drive from the apartment the storage bin and then 45 min drive from storage to new place! Again, they sent a text telling me they were 30 mins out. Arrived exactly on time and when meeting at storage they text me they were 3 mins out and when they arrived. As promised, I received a call to review and approve the invoice and No hidden cost or fees!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I would 100 percent recommend them and use them again!!
