The company just sent me another reply. It is just another example of how awful their customer services. They say that I didn’t reply that I have verification that they received three videos from me and multiple replies. It’s a scam and I really hope that anyone reading this will take this into consideration before wasting their money on purchasing any item from them . The company’s reply was not the truth. I received a reply from the company regarding my review of their very defective and poorly made earrings. Their reply was false. They have made no effort to give me my money back, although I have sent multiple videos of the horrible workmanship. Earrings that don’t even close. This company sells very poorly made merchandise. They expected me to send the items to Vietnam and then they would give me a refund. How absurd is that?
