Excellent customer service by Alison and 79karat. I had purchased two of there Love rings one in gold the other white gold and one of the diamond stone came out and got lost. I send Alison a message and picture of it and even asked if they can send me a replacement stone so I can fix it myself but unfortunately they don't carry that and offered me a replacement ring instead! I agreed to it and will be waiting to receive it! Thank you so much 79Karat and Alison for making it better great customer service I appreciate all of you!!
