I’ve ordered from here before and food has arrived hot and had no problems.This is the second time I’ve ordered and on both occasions the food has arrived cold.Contacted the company and all they could say is the food is kept in a hot plate.They also said that the riders have insulated bag and when confronted about the food not being kept warm they just kept saying the bag keeps the food warm.I certainly will not be going here again
