have been a regular at the staines branch, food is genuine American fare - tater tots are a must.the service and all the staff are incredibly polite and well trained they know all about the menus are are great for recommendations nice family atmosphere but its the staff attentiveness that really makes this place worth a visit. Jo the manager is awesome, the staff are all eager to help and nothing is too much trouble. nice to be in a place where customer service is still important
